GMaps Service Agreement

I am not a google employee.

I am also not promoting their services for them.

I am not responsible for any reviews that may be posted.

This service does not represent you or manages your google presence.

This service only submits images of your business and tells google maps of your presence.

The fee paid is representative of your approval to provide this service to you and you acknowledge that you are aware

I will be uploading your approved images and location to the maps service.

I do not guarantee any results, if any from my contribution.

All pictures belong to H4Design and Hugo Nuñez on my account, with the exception of, pictures taken in the “Own your GMaps” Offer. You must have or create a Google account for the “Own your GMaps” offer.

Any images of your business will remain online in the event I close my account or should any other event occur where I am no longer in connection with the service.

I cannot create one for you and am not a legal expert nor do I claim to be.

Accepting any agreement from Google is unrelated to any agreement with me by accepting my services and offers.

By agreeing and signing your name on the invoice you agree to the above.

This agreement is subject to change. By signing you are also agreeing to updates to the agreement. Any and all agreements and their updates can be seen on https://www.h4design.org/agreements/gmaps-service-agreement
